Return & Exchange
We want to ensure your experience with Raelith is as seamless as possible. We offer a 14 day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. To begin the return process, please send us an email at info@raelith.com with the following information: your name, address, the item you wish to return and your proof of purchase.
After you send us your details and receive our confirmation, please ship the item to the address provided in our email. Please remember that your piece must be unused and in its original packaging for us to be able to guarantee a return.
Once the item is received and verified, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase.

If you would like to exchange a product, we offer a 30 day exchange window from the day your order is delivered. To begin the process, simply send us an email at info@raelith.com with your proof of purchase, and our team will gladly assist you.
Please ensure that the item you wish to exchange is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Yes. It is not possible to exchange or return:
- Personalized pieces (e.g., initials or engravings)
- Made-to-order items (e.g., solid gold pieces)
- Discontinued pieces or items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be sent back

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
If you don’t receive it within 24 hours after checking your spam or promotions folder, feel free to reach out to us at info@raelith.com. We're always happy to help.
We begin preparing your order as soon as it's placed, which means we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. However, once your item arrives, you're welcome to return or exchange it.

Discount
After you've added everything you love to your basket and reviewed your order, click “Check Out.” On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount code” just above the subtotal.
Enter your code there, click “Apply,” and the discount will be reflected in your total. Then, you can proceed with your payment as usual.

At the moment, only one discount code can be applied per order. The only situation where you may have two different codes is if you’re a Raelith Family member, who receives exclusive offers by email, and you also came across a special promotion from one of our influencers. Even so, only one of the codes can be used at checkout.

We want your Raelith ring to feel like it was made just for you! So If you need a different size, we’re happy to resize your piece free of charge for the perfect fit.

Over time, it's natural for the plating to wear off, however we’re here to bring your piece back to it's original glow.
Your first year of replating is complimentary under our 1-year warranty. After the warranty ends, you can either join Raelith Eternal Care for a small monthly fee, which includes unlimited replating, or choose our standard replating service for 15€.
