What is the Raelithe Standard Warranty? Plus

The Raelith Standard Warranty is our complimentary 1-year protection offered with every piece of jewelry. It reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and ensures that your piece is cared for long after it reaches you. The warranty is valid for one year from the day you receive your order.
What does it cover? Plus

The Raelith Standard Warranty covers the following:

  • Verified manufacturing defects — any issue that results from the crafting process rather than wear or external damage.
  • Plating fading due to natural wear — if the plating on your piece fades from normal use, we will restore it!
What doesn't cover? Plus

The Raelith Standard Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal signs of wear, such as light scratches or small dents
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, dropping, or neglect
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry
  • Exposure to chemicals, including perfume, cleaning agents, sunscreen, or chlorinated water
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed outside Raelith

Raelith Eternal Care is our extended service, designed to preserve the radiance and integrity of your pieces long after the standard warranty ends because even the finest jewelry can show signs of a life beautifully lived. This service is available through a monthly subscription, giving you ongoing access to professional care and protection for your jewelry.
How much is the subscription? Plus

The Raelith Eternal Care subscription is 8,99€ or 4,99€ per month if you're a member of the Raelith Family.
What does it cover? Plus

Raelith Eternal Care covers ongoing professional care for natural wear and craftsmanship-related concerns, including:

  • Replating (due to fading or natural wear)
  • Correction of surface scratches or small dents
  • Tightening or resetting loose gemstones
  • Coverage of verified manufacturing defects

Our care team will assess your piece and perform any necessary repairs or adjustments under the terms of the warranty, ensuring your jewelry remains radiant, secure, and beautifully maintained over time.

Raelith Eternal Care does not cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or neglect

Raelith reserves the right to inspect the item to determine eligibility for repair, replating, or replacement.
